Galerie von Braunbehrens can look back proudly on a 32-year tradition of acting as an art intermediary. Founded in 1978 by Rita von Braunbehrens, the gallery was taken over by her son Axel Zimmermann in 1986, who moved it forward, since 2005 together with Jeannette Müller. Since the foundation, over 140 solo and thematic shows have been held in the gallery’s premises and have been presented at major national and international art fairs. The gallery’s spectrum has been consistently expanded to include young up-and-coming names as well as the latest trends in contemporary art.
